Designation- Design Manager

Location- Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design activities for high-end hospitality projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration and execution.
• Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure alignment with client requirements and project standards and hotel brand guidlines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control.
• Resolve design-related issues in a timely and efficient manner through strong coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Provide creative design solutions while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations.
• Prepare and manage documentation for design approvals, presentations, and client meetings.
• Ensure timely designe deliverbles by design consultants in order to meet the project timeline.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 10–12 years of proven experience in Design and Architecture.
• Strong technical expertise with up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and emerging trends.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
