Design Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate architectural and interior design activities for high-end hospitality projects. Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration and execution. Review architectural and interior drawings, specifications, and design documents to ensure alignment with client requirements and project standards and hotel brand guidelines. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control. Resolve design-related issues in a timely and efficient manner through strong coordination with cross-functional teams. Provide creative design solutions while ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. Prepare and manage documentation for design approvals, presentations, and client meetings. Ensure timely design deliverables by design consultants in order to meet the project timeline. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch) or another relevant discipline. Experience required 8+ years. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred candidates should have exposure to Hospitality projects. Show more Show less
