Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage procurement activities for a major client project based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The role will focus on managing end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring value-driven outcomes, compliance, timely delivery, and alignment with project goals. Preference will be given to candidates who can join at the earliest. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project-specific procurement strategies in alignment with client objectives. Prepare, float, and manage RFQs, RFPs, and tender documentation. Evaluate supplier proposals, perform commercial bid analysis, and support technical evaluations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with vendors and subcontractors. Ensure adherence to procurement governance, compliance, and ethical standards. Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and approvals in line with project controls. Coordinate with design, QS, legal, and project management teams to ensure smooth procurement cycles. Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships. Support cost benchmarking, budgeting, and reporting as needed. Proactively identify risks and opportunities within procurement packages and advise the project team. Attend client meetings, provide procurement status reports, and address issues in a timely manner. Experience: Minimum 5–12 years of relevant procurement experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sectors.
