Job Title:

Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

This position will develop and manage tailored sourcing strategies along key verticals, categories, or vendors by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive cost savings, improve business processes, and reduce risk across project44 globally. This position will also manage the contract requisition process across project44, and ensure vendor contact data is uploaded stored accurately in project44 s contract management system.

Responsibilities Duties:

  • Manage the supplier sourcing across the supply base, including scope development, the RFP process and supplier selection evaluations.
  • Assess supplier capabilities to meet product, cost, quality, capacity and fulfillment
  • Track and report key metrics around vendor data, cost reduction, spend management
  • Collaborate with suppliers, functional business owners, and the Legal/Infosec/Privacy teams to contractualize the commercial relationship
  • Oversee the contract management system ensure visibility into key agreements and categories
  • Administer contract requests through various review approval steps within project44 s Procurement system
  • Where applicable, perform risk management for key suppliers and agreements
  • Interface with internal teams to investigate alternative tools improve cost competitiveness or supply constraints
  • Research external market information and companies to identify potential sources and suppliers
  • Drive supplier selection through robust qualification and evaluation processes
  • Work with business stakeholders and vendors to develop cost models and financial analysis to support vendor selection activities
  • Leverage spend contract data to compile dashboards and actionable insights for leadership or key stakeholders
  • Coordinate escalation path between project44 and Supplier to ensure ongoing performance relationship management
  • Where possible, support the business by performing cost build-ups, market analysis, or historical spend analysis
  • Support management of Travel Expense platforms, analytics, and strategy

What You ll Need:

  • Strong analytical, communication and writing skills, particularly with suppliers company leadership
  • Highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills with track record to meet deliverables and project deadlines
  • Experience across ERP/CLM systems
  • Strong negotiations and influential skills
  • Customer-service minded with a focus on process improvement
  • Passionate about creating, maintaining and enforcing global policies
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently while understanding the importance of elevating questions/concerns promptly
  • Ability to work with others to develop effective internal relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to innovate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency in Microsoft Office with high ability in Excel and PowerPoint
