Design Manager

As a Business Manager - Design at Livspace, you will be responsible for overseeing the designing process for 12 to 15 projects on a monthly basis, leading a team of 6 to 10 designers. Your primary focus will be on managing the design productivity, conducting necessary training sessions, and facilitating design discussions to ensure successful project outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include managing the design projects, supervising and optimizing the work output of the design team, prioritizing Customer Experience & Relationship Management, and ensuring positive results on design Net Promoter Surveys. Additionally, you will be tasked with providing technical training to designers when needed and leading design discussions to foster creativity and innovation. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in B.Arch or B.Interior Design, along with additional qualifications such as a Masters or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management. You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Interior Design or Project Management and a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering at least 10 Residential/Interior projects from start to finish.,
