Role Summary

The Deputy Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and converting organic and inbound leads

The incumbent will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, improving conversion rates, and supporting overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversions

  • Attend to

    organic and inbound leads

    generated through digital platforms, referrals, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
  • Engage prospects effectively and move them through the

    lead-to-closure

    journey.
  • Assist in

    deal closures

    by addressing client queries, objections, and requirements.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure timely conversion of warm and hot leads.

Database & Outreach

  • Call and engage with the

    existing prospect and client database

    for reactivation, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.

Digital Campaign Support

  • Work closely with the

    digital marketing team

    to plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track campaign-generated leads and ensure prompt response and follow-up.
  • Provide on-ground insights and feedback to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes.

Events & Expo Participation

  • Participate in

    industry body expos, conferences, and networking events

    .
  • Handle the company stall, explain products/services, and engage with visitors professionally.
  • Capture and qualify leads generated during events.

Post-Event Follow-ups

  • Execute

    structured post-expo follow-ups

    to convert event leads into business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide proposals, presentations, and clarifications to prospects.

Relationship & Coordination

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and brand representation at all touchpoints.
