As a Sales Executive at Sika, your role will involve pursuing sales leads and achieving personal sales objectives with the product range of the assigned products in the designated territory. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and penetrating all target markets based on the region's market dynamics. - Supporting business development and customer management by identifying potential customers and providing updated market intelligence to your supervisor or team. - Coordinating with customer services, supply chain, and logistics personnel. - Assisting in product promotion, conducting product trials, and more. - Identifying and attracting new customers, including distributors, exploring new applications, and engaging with potential customers' process and product developers to drive profitable future business. - Continuously increasing market intelligence, updating customer and competitor data, and applying the overall sales process to meet or exceed sales targets. - Negotiating and closing deals or contracts with customers, as well as providing operational guidance and support to relevant functional departments for successful implementation. - Identifying customer requirements and offering appropriate solutions. - Exploring and appointing distributors and applicators as needed to ensure smooth sales and operations, thereby ensuring market coverage. - Providing accurate sales forecasts to support efficient planning of products and services. - Demonstrating safe behavior consistently and continuously while driving, at project sites, in offices, and ensuring the safety of self and others. Qualifications required for this role: - Civil Engineering graduate/diploma OR Management Graduate in Marketing (Desired) - 6 to 8 years of experience in Construction Chemical Sales, specifically in Admixtures and RMC industry.
