Brand Coordinators

Brand coordinators build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. As a Brand Coordinators, you will be clients' primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·       Understand client goals and communicate them effectively to internal teams.

·       Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.

·       Address client inquiries and concerns promptly.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.

·       Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding client engagements.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·       Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in the healthcare or branding sector.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

·       Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
