Deputy Regional Manager

As the Deputy Regional Manager (Sales) for our company in Rajasthan, you will play a crucial role in managing and driving the sales strategy to achieve sales targets within the assigned region, specifically in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the sales team, maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the Regional Manager in implementing strategic sales initiatives. Your key responsibilities will encompass various aspects such as sales strategy development and execution, team leadership and development, client relationship management, market and competitor analysis, reporting and analytics, budget management, collaboration with other departments, compliance, and documentation. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in agriculture or a related field, along with a minimum of 8-15 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing sales teams, preferably in the Agriculture industry. Your track record should demonstrate a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, an analytical mindset, excellent negotiation and client management abilities, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, self-driven and goal-oriented attributes, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
