Deputy Regional Manager

As the Deputy Regional Manager (Molecular Division) in the North Zone Sales Department, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Molecular Diagnostics instruments and related reagents to hospitals, Diagnostics laboratories, and chain of Labs. Your primary responsibility will involve planning, directing, and monitoring the activities of a sales team within the State to achieve established sales targets. You will be managing the day-to-day operations of a regional sales force to implement the organization's sales strategy for the assigned region. Monitoring the performance of sales teams and requesting resource reallocation to enhance overall results will also be part of your duties. Your role will include developing, customizing, and implementing the Sales & Marketing strategy in alignment with SD Global & Subsidiary Sales & Marketing Strategy. Meeting financial goals while maintaining territory budget, executing business plans to accelerate SD products, achieving sales targets, and managing talent development will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You should also be familiar with launching new products in the market, conducting product demonstrations, technical discussions, and generating leads to meet monthly/quarterly targets. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in the IVD or medical device Industry, with at least 7+ years of sales experience in molecular, diagnostics, core laboratory, or point of care segments.
