Senior Product Executive

You will be responsible for product development and management within the IVD Marketing team. Your key responsibilities will include developing and launching new diagnostic products, such as Rapid and ELISA tests, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating promotional materials and campaigns to support product launches. To excel in this role, you must hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field. You should possess a strong understanding of diagnostic testing principles and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as analytical skills specific to the IVD/Medical device manufacturing industry, are also required. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits that include cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with weekend availability, and the job location is in Gurugram, Haryana.
