Position : Deputy Manager – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Location: Hyderavad

Ankura Homes is looking for a Deputy Manager – SCM who can drive efficient procurement operations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing to ensure smooth project execution. If you are passionate about supply chain excellence and ready to take ownership, we’d love to connect with you!


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Float enquiries to identified vendors, collect technical data sheets, drawings, BOM, GIPs supply references, and price schedules.
  • Prepare techno-commercial comparative statements and release POs.
  • Follow up with vendors to ensure timely dispatch of materials as per delivery schedules.
  • Monitor contract usage regularly and renegotiate amendments when required for maximum efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the project team to raise material indents in advance, prioritize requirements, and manage stock levels.
  • Work closely with business units, stakeholders, and vendors to align with organizational goals and operational requirements.
  • Create and implement strategic sourcing levers across spend categories.
  • Build and sustain a motivated team by providing vision, coaching, and ensuring best practices.
  • Develop procurement & sourcing strategies to ensure sustainable savings aligned with project timelines.
  • Oversee supply chain activities across the Source-to-Pay cycle, ensuring smooth procurement operations.
  • Utilize ERP systems for effective SCM processes.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports as per business requirements.


🔹 Qualification & Experience

  • Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Supply Chain/Operations (preferred).
  • Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management within the Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure sector.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ERP systems and strong MIS reporting skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and vendor management expertise.
