Job Summary: The Assistant Manager - New Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the elevators and escalators segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Analyze market trends and identify potential customers.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proposal and Presentation Preparation:
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer requirements.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Sales Reporting and Analysis:
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare sales reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on sales analysis.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements.
• Training and Development:
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevators and escalators industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and the sales process.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹461,894.07 - ₹1,478,194.85 per year
