Job Title: Assistant/ Deputy Manager - New Sales (Elevators and Escalators) Location: TBD Department: NI_Sales Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: The Assistant Manager - New Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the elevators and escalators segment. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the market, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets. Analyze market trends and identify potential customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction. Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients. Develop comprehensive proposals that meet customer requirements. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure customer needs are met. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare sales reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on sales analysis. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements. Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the elevators and escalators industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share. Strong understanding of customer needs and the sales process. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of motivation and a strong work ethic. Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to think strategically. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹461,894.07 - ₹1,478,194.85 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
