Job Description

Position - Executive Inside Sales

Rolls & Resposibilities

  • Actively engage in lead generation through outbound calls, emails, prospecting, networking,

· Book appointments for the Field sales team and update via CRM system – VIEW

· Manage inbound calls and emails, determine needs, and enter information into the CRM system.

· Review and analyze sales data for better business growth.

· Manage sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting, and take corrective action where necessary.

· Create Brand value with Builders, Architects, and Consultants. Send the latest updates.

  • Route qualified prospects to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

· May also be involved in order intake administrative-related activities.

· Maintain accurate records and information on all customer activities in VIEW.

  • Develop as a VT planner for building and maintaining relationships with architects Designers and consultants, educating them about company Products and Solutions and Reference Projects in the Region and Pan India as a whole.
  • Build the most robust project pipeline to contribute to the Company’s growth and support branches to achieve their sales targets.
  • Develop account profiles, identify key buying personas, and report important account developments in a timely fashion.
  • Demonstrates commitment to Company Core Values by leading, acting, and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.

· Must be organized, able to work independently and as a team player, have a positive attitude, and good listening skills.

Minimum requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
  • Years of Experience: At least 1 year of related experience. Telemarketing sales experience preferred.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Demonstrated organizational, oral, written, and listening skills.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Excellent selling and account management skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
  • CRM, Power BI – Added advantage.
  • MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
