Position Overview:

Deputy Manager / Manager – Human Resources

This role combines leadership in core HR functions with opportunities to support broader strategic HR initiatives such as performance management and policy development.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities (Leading Role):

Time Office Management & Monthly Payroll Processing:

Oversee attendance, leave management, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

Statutory Compliance & Audit (Plant Locations):

Monitor adherence to all statutory HR compliance requirements and coordinate internal and external HR audits across plant locations.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.

Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting Role):

Performance Management System (PMS):

Support the annual performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion of all related processes and documentation.

HR Policy Development & Implementation:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and rolling out HR policies across the organization.

Qualifications:

(B.Com/B.A./B.Sc.)
