This role combines leadership in core HR functions with opportunities to support broader strategic HR initiatives such as performance management and policy development.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Monitor adherence to all statutory HR compliance requirements and coordinate internal and external HR audits across plant locations.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions and ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Support the annual performance appraisal cycle and ensure timely completion of all related processes and documentation.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and rolling out HR policies across the organization.
