Location : Lucknow
Shift supervision
Responsible for OEE of an automated CNC Roll forming , Tandem CNC Punching and robotic plasma line
Should have knowledge of PLC (Siemens/ beckhoff), Mechanical TANDEM power press and Roll forming
Responsible for ensuring >97% uptime of bottleneck machine ; maintenance and tooling downtime elimination through proper CLIT implementation, SMED/set up and changeover optimisation through operator training
Responsible for attending the Breakdown and find root cause to implement in corrective & preventive maintenance action to improve the performance of high-Speed production.
Skill upgradation and induction training of operators
B. E/ B tech Mechanical or B.E /B. Tech Electrical
