Job Title: Deputy Manager- HR ( Business Excellence Role) Department: HR Location: Corporate Head Office NDL Power Limited 416C, 4th floor, D21 Corporate Park, Dwarka Sector 21, New Delhi ✅ HR Executive Responsibilities: Staffing Assist in recruitment cycle: screening resumes, coordinating interviews, onboarding. Draft HR letters – offer, appointment, warning, relieving, etc. Handle exit formalities and offboarding documentation. Payroll Support payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). End-to-end monthly payroll processing for all employees. Validate attendance, leaves across all departments Maintain employee records (leaves, attendance, personal files). Performance Management Support performance review processes Ensure adherence to Incentive policies across organization Ensure planning and tracking the Quarterly appraisals with Directors Compliance Maintain and create MIS required from different department for business excellence Maintain HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analyze HR metrics for business insights. Create and maintain Compliance with organization policy and processes Ensuring to complete all gate pass formalities Employee Engagement Partner with managers on employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. Driving employee engagement initiatives to enhance team morale and retention. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events. Executional Support to Directors Interact with employees in organization to ensure executional support to Directors strategic initiatives Driving operational efficiency and excellence 📊 Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Discretion in handling sensitive information Understanding of HR processes and best practices Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field Min 5-8 years of experience in a similar HR Business Excellence role
