Job Description

Deputy Manager – Finance

Pimpri, Pune - Maharashtra, India

Key Responsibilities:

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in
SAP
and
HFM
.
Ensure compliance with Group Accounting Manual and statutory standards.
Analyze financial performance, prepare
MIS reports
, and present insights to management.
Coordinate internal controls and statutory audits with
Big4
firms.
Drive improvements in financial processes including
GRIR
, revenue recognition, and costing variances.
Prepare statutory financials in line with
Ind-AS
and manage audit differences.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure legal entity compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification:
CA with 4–5 years of experience in financial reporting (preferably manufacturing).
Strong knowledge of
IFRS, Ind-AS
, and local regulations.
Proficiency in
SAP FICO
,
HFM
,
Power BI
, and
Microsoft Excel
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience in multicultural environments is a plus.
