Job Description

You will be responsible for leading and managing outbound and inbound calling teams. Your main duties will include driving sales conversions, revenue generation, and ensuring target achievement. It will be essential for you to monitor operational performance and track key KPIs for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will need to implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and attrition, manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and team motivation, and ensure compliance with operational processes and quality standards. You will also be required to coordinate with internal departments to meet organizational goals. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum 8 years of experience in call center operations, sales, or team leadership roles. - Proven expertise in team handling, inside sales, and performance improvement. - Strong experience with outbound & inbound operations. - Excellent communication skills and a presentable professional demeanor. - Graduation is mandatory. - Immediate joiners preferred. About the Company: Chandigarh University is seeking a Call Center Manager / Deputy Manager to oversee and lead call center operations.
