The Founders have collectively spent more than 50 years in corporate roles and built multi hundred million dollar B2B businesses. The company is pioneer in collection and pre-processing of Industrial/B2B scrap and is soon planning to come with downstream line to manufacture Alloy steel products.

Role Description: -

This is a role for an Deputy Business Development Manager at RecommerceX. The role involves managing existing client/supplier relationships, hunting new accounts, meeting sales goals, leading procurement initiatives, and fostering effective communication within the organization.

 

Qualifications:-

  • 2-3 years of New business development experience in Flat Steel (HR/CR/ SS), Cutting tools, Mechanical tools etc. industries
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and business development
  • Meeting core business KPIs such as: Order Booking, Invoicing, Gross Margins, Contribution Margins, Collections, New Accounts added on a monthly basis
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in the recycling or sustainability industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field

 

Key Responsibilities:-

 

  • Promote and buy Industrial scrap from top manufacturing and EPC companies
  • Develop a deep understanding of physical and chemical properties of Industrial metal scrap
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in alignment with company policies and market standards.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
