Deputy Manager Business Development

As a Deputy Manager Business Development at Aparajitha Corporate Services Private Limited, your role involves leading and coordinating the sales functions to elevate the organization's position as an industry leader through strategic management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and generate new contacts and leads, including obtaining references from existing clients. - Lead initial meetings and coordinate with prospect clients to inspire them about the company's compliance services. - Coordinate with the Manager for new enquiries and handle proposal and negotiation processes. - Generate internal work orders and provide support for new client implementation. - Share draft contracts with clients, follow up for completed agreements/POs, and update CRM tool regularly. - Analyze current business performance, growth rate, lead time, future trends, and financial projections. - Provide market feedback to the Market Research and Market Strategy team, and communicate new market requirements to internal stakeholders. - Follow up on billing and invoice clearance with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure financial excellence. - Explore and implement process automation to enhance the efficiency of sales lead time. **Qualification & Experience:** - Any Post Graduate degree. - Familiarity with relevant marketing and sales functions. - Minimum 5 years of experience in related activities (Desirable).
