Job Description: Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from different countries To plan, design, develop and implement market specific export “Go-To-Market” models To ensure retention of existing customers while developing the new customers To identify the distributor/ agents in/for focus markets. • Understand the bottlenecks in GTM strategy current employed at MTL and take corrective actions Actively promote the Company’s products and services Meet sales and collection plans seamlessly Create and sustain effective and collaborative partnerships with new and existing customers Carrying out all quotation follow-up calls or contact via the CRM Building and maintaining relationships with key customers. Business Development & Revenue Growth • Identify and onboard new customers in the beverage, packaged water, edible oil, and other relevant sectors. • Execute strategies to achieve business targets for volume and profitability. • Build a strong sales pipeline and lead conversion efforts. 2. Account Management • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers. • Coordinate for timely quotations, samples, trials, and delivery execution. • Monitor customer satisfaction and service levels to drive retention. 3. Pricing & Commercials • Support in pricing strategy, negotiations, and ensuring customer profitability. • Collaborate with commercial and finance teams on quotes, contracts, and payment follow-ups. • Ensure compliance with credit terms and contribute to receivables management. 4. Coordination & Execution • Work closely with planning, production, logistics, and quality teams to meet delivery schedules and resolve customer issues. • Facilitate product trials, customization requests, and technical clarifications. 5.
