Job Description

Business Development Professional

design /interiors industry with at least 4 years exposure to Architecture or real estate service marketing with relevant exposure to Architecture service marketing marketing. He / She should have ability to perform all phases of Business development process.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business development & client relationship

  • New business development & revenue maximization
  • Strong networking base with Indian developers and their top management
  • Qualitative experience in service marketing, exposure in marketing of Architectural design service would be preferred
  • Market penetration including PR activities and promoting Bentel in new cities and areas of growth
  • Client retention and relationship building
  • This position would require extensive travel across India every month.


2. Client retention and relationship building

  • To leverage on current client base
  • To expand our services to other asset classes


3. Documentation

  • Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements
  • Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties
  • Coordinate with project heads for raising invoices as and when required
  • Follow up on the outstanding payments


4. Key Interactions

  • Directors: Day to day updates on project meetings, billing, client issues, plans etc.
  • Finance and Legal: Business plan, document evaluation and billing
  • Developers / Clients: To nurture relationship and generate new leads


Qualification

  • BArch + MBA
  • Bachelor of Architecture plus MBA from a reputed institute would be preferred.
  • Master degree in construction or project Management


Skills Fluency

  • MS Office
  • AutoCAD
  • CRM Software

  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Good coordination skills
  • High quality communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead from the front
  • Good team player
  • Detailed understanding of Indian real estate sector
  • Strong networking with developers in the real estate sector
  • Strong business & commercial acumen
  • Negotiation skills


  • Should be able to travel outstation for project site visits which may also require more than 2 days stay
  • Ready work in stretched working hrs to meet the desired timeline
