Deputy General Manager Business Development

Role Overview: Wizcraft is seeking a dynamic individual to join as a Business Development Manager to drive the brand activation business. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining strategies, increasing market share, and fostering a culture of high performance and creativity within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business planning and strategy, including sales forecasting and go-to-market strategy development. - Stay updated on market intelligence, understand trends, and review competition to identify business opportunities with prospective clients. - Evaluate new opportunities to focus on the most promising ones for business growth. - Provide leadership and direction for the continuous growth and development of the West region business. - Strategically plan, budget, and forecast business activities in the region to maximize market share. - Allocate targets to teams, map clients, and devise strategies accordingly based on market intelligence and competition review.
