Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the brand activation business at Wizcraft by defining strategies, undertaking business development, and fostering a culture of high performance and creativity. Your role will involve business planning and strategy, leadership and direction for continuous growth in the West region, and creating a strategy for maximizing market share. Additionally, you will be tasked with market intelligence, understanding trends, and evaluating new opportunities to focus on the best prospects. Key Responsibilities: - Develop business planning, sales forecasting, and go-to-market strategy/plan - Conduct market intelligence to understand trends and competition, enhancing business opportunities - Provide leadership and direction for continuous growth in the West region - Strategically plan, budget, and forecast business for the region - Create a strategy to maximize market share and allocate targets to teams - Drive existing client development and manage relationships to increase market share - Conduct regular research on clients for in-depth analysis of their needs - Develop briefs, proposals, and presentations to convert opportunities into business - Acquire new clients by leveraging external relationships - Achieve top-line and bottom-line business targets - Drive cross-regional collaboration for enhanced market penetration - Manage development, communication, and implementation of business processes and best practices - Educate, supervise, and guide the team in preparing presentations and credentials for client pitches - Ensure adherence to Wizcraft SOPs and reporting procedures Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in brand activation, business development, and client management - Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive growth and development - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to analyze market trends and competition - Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Knowledge of process management and implementation - Experience in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships,
