Job Description

Responsibilities Team Leadership and Coordination: Supervise and mentor the electrical team, ensuring tasks are assigned effectively and team members are aligned with project goals. Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and promote knowledge sharing on electrical systems. Strategic Planning And Oversight Develop and implement electrical execution strategies for wind projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee the integration of electrical systems across projects to ensure seamless operations and optimized resource utilization. Advanced Troubleshooting And Technical Guidance Provide advanced technical solutions to resolve complex electrical system challenges encountered during execution and commissioning. Review and approve modifications to electrical designs or plans to ensure alignment with project needs and safety standards. Quality Assurance And Compliance Lead inspections and audits to ensure that electrical installations meet quality, regulatory, and safety standards. Oversee the development and enforcement of quality assurance protocols for electrical work in wind projects. Stakeholder Collaboration And Reporting Act as the primary liaison with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders for electrical-related concerns and updates. Prepare and present comprehensive electrical system performance reports to senior management, providing actionable insights. Resource Optimization And Cost Management Analyze resource allocation for electrical work, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. Approve procurement plans for electrical equipment, ensuring alignment with budgetary and project requirements. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Certification in Electrical Safety, Power Systems, or Renewable Energy (preferred). Work Experience 13+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles, with a focus on power plants, renewable energy systems, or industrial electrical installations.
