Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Food & Beverages Production professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a Demi Chef de Partie / Commis in South Indian, Continental, and Halwai cuisines.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Support the development of new recipes and menu ideas.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food production, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
