ROLE OVERVIEW

Sales Demand Manager

strategic, data-driven, and passionate about EdTech

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demand Generation:
Build and execute sales strategies to drive demand from schools, institutions, and academic boards.
Relationship Building:
Engage with principals, school leaders, and decision-makers to showcase SALCI’s impact.
Pipeline Management:
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
Sales Growth:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through structured campaigns and partnerships.
Product Evangelism:
Represent SALCI at events, demos, webinars, and conferences to strengthen market presence.
Market Intelligence:
Track competitor activities, market shifts, and customer insights to refine strategy.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align demand generation with long-term growth goals.

REQUIREMENTS

0-2 years of experience in (EdTech, SaaS, or education sector preferred).
Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets
.
A strong network in the
K–12 or higher education ecosystem
is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced startup environment
