Demand Generation Specialist

You will be joining CN Water, India's leading provider of high purity water systems for the pharmaceutical, biotech, and CPG industries. As a part of the dynamic marketing team, your role as a Demand Generation Executive is crucial in enhancing the brand's presence both in India and globally. Your primary responsibilities will include managing prospecting and pipeline building through email marketing and digital campaigns. You will be engaging with potential customers via email and phone calls to cultivate relationships and guide them through the sales funnel effectively. Collaborating closely with the sales teams, you will contribute to enhancing the sales pipeline and improving lead conversion rates. Furthermore, you will be tasked with qualifying leads based on specific criteria and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Monitoring engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates will be essential. Keeping an eye on competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities is also part of your role. Reporting the outcomes of marketing campaigns and pinpointing areas for enhancement will be crucial for this position. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment is required. You should possess strong skills in engaging with prospects and customers through phone and email communications. Prior experience in performance marketing, encompassing PPC, SEO, and social media, is essential. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and Google Analytics will be advantageous.
