Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
Extend offers and manage negotiation and onboarding processes.
Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and industry meetups.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Talent Acquisition or a recruitment-focused role.
Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with HR databases, MS Office, and recruitment analytics.
