Senior Proposal Engineer Role

1. Preliminary Study of Inquiry & the Basic Scope of Supply and Concept of the System

·      Understand Pharma client's requirements & basis for the system design & selection.

·      Detailed study of relevant documents like technical specification, scope of supply, exclusion, process datasheets, P&IDs, PFD, Plot Plan, and Testing and documentation required.

·      Process design, Mass Balance, and Equipment parameters.

2. Preparation of detailed techno-commercial

·      Prepare technical offer including deviations/clarification/ important notes, scope of supply & work, Equipment specifications & exclusions

·      Prepare commercial offer including process break & optional process as per the client requirements

3. Detailed Cost Estimation

·      Cost estimations included supply & services with back references from standard database/vendor quotations

4. Post order

·      Sales order creation in ERP

5. Planning & Reviewing:

·      Proposal Priority Planning through proposal & inquiry management system and submission schedule

·      Maintain & update proposal plan & prepare weekly report

·      Reviewing of detailed technical and commercial offers including deviations/clarification/ important Notes, scope of supply & work, equipment specifications & exclusions, and cost estimation

Required Experience: Creation of Proposal Document, Understanding Scheme and Process based on the Raw Water analysis.

Knowledge of MGF, Softener, UF, RO, Storage and Distribution, and Water for Injection is required for this profile. Should have an understanding of RASA & Toray Projections.

Competency: A

Candidates preferred from High Purity Water Industry background.
