Demand Gen and content creation specialist

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute multi-channel content creation campaigns across email, social content, and SEO blogs 
• Optimize content for education, lead qualification and conversion 
• Manage marketing automation workflows, email nurturing sequences, and landing pages (using tools such as HubSpot, Kit). 
• Collaborate with design teams to create compelling assets that drive engagement. 
• Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to align on audience targeting, messaging, and lead handoff. 
• Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs like MQLs, CPL, and conversion rates, and make data-backed decisions to improve results. 
• Support A/B testing and optimization of offers, landing pages, and CTAs. 
• Segment and create lists for targeted LinkedIn outreach to prospects and referral partners 

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation and demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing. 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and funnel metrics. 

• Experience using AI tools for ideation, marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, etc.). 

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
