About the Role - We’re looking for a highly motivated Demand Generation Specialist to help fuel Credfino’s growth engine. You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns and strategies that drive top-of-funnel leads and nurture them into qualified opportunities. What You’ll Do- ● Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid media, email, content, SEO, and social platforms. ● Optimize campaigns for cost efficiency, conversion, and lead quality, using tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others. ● Manage marketing automation workflows, email nurturing sequences, and landing pages (using tools such as HubSpot or equivalent). ● Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling assets that drive engagement. ● Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to align on audience targeting, messaging, and lead handoff. ● Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs like MQLs, CPL, and conversion rates, and make data-backed decisions to improve results. ● Support A/B testing and optimization of ads, landing pages, and CTAs. ● Help segment and expand audience lists for targeted outreach. What We’re Looking For - ● 1–3 years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing (fintech experience is a plus). ● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and funnel metrics. ● Experience using marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). ● Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented US Tax Reviewer specializing in Business Tax Returns (Forms 1065, 1120, and 1120S) to join our Tax Review team . As a Tax Reviewer , you will be responsible for reviewing business entity returns prepared by tax preparers, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations, and maintaining Credfino’s high standards of quality and accuracy. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior staff, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring that clients receive accurate, timely, and complete deliverables. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in US Business Taxation who have strong analytical, technical, and communication skills and want to take the next step in their tax career. What You’ll Be Doing: Review federal and state business tax returns , including: Form 1065 (Partnership) Form 1120 (C-Corporation) Form 1120s (S-Corporation) Review related schedules such as K-1s, M-1, M-2 , and balance sheet/income statement reconciliations. Ensure correct reporting of income, expenses, capital accounts, and distributions. Review and reconcile financial statements, trial balances, and general ledgers with tax return data. Verify compliance with IRS and state regulations , including correct entity classification, depreciation, and tax adjustments. Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or missing information in returns prepared by junior staff. Provide detailed review notes and feedback to preparers to maintain accuracy and consistency.
