Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Take ownership of end-to-end project execution – from requirement gathering, design, development, testing, to deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure timely project delivery with a strong focus on quality, scalability, and performance.
• Act as a technical expert in AI/ML, Python full stack, and software development projects.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and guide team members in their technical growth.
• Handle project risks, dependencies, and proactively resolve challenges.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to enhance project outcomes.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Team Lead capacity.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python full stack development (FastAPI, Flask, Django, React/Node preferred).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and applications.
• Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong skills in people management, stakeholder management, and client handling.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and deployment practices (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in leading projects for international clients.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in scaling and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
