Job Summary:

We’re looking for an Integration Delivery Lead who combines project management excellence with system integration expertise to drive strategic delivery across our global IT ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to join us we transition to a unified Global Integration platform – Digital Backbone, integrating various systems, applications & partners across the enterprise to support our global integration strategy. You’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating integration projects that connect systems, data, and teams across continents.


Role & responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering integration projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and architectural standards. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Demand Management & Onboarding Process:

    You will be responsible for establishing & managing the Demand management & onboarding process for the initiatives / projects who need to use Digital Backbone for their integration requirements.
  • Project Leadership:

    Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of integration projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. Effectively manage expectations, communicate progress, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
  • Resource Management:

    Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and technology assets, to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
  • Methodology & Process:

    Implement and refine agile and other project management methodologies to ensure predictable and high-quality delivery. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and project metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management:

    Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Team Leadership:

    Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Mentor and coach team members, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Possess a good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Events, message queues, Azure Integration Services, SAP BTP IS etc.) to effectively guide technical teams and make informed decisions.
  • Quality Assurance:

    Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives. Oversee testing, security, and compliance aspects of the integration platform.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in leading delivery or project management role, specifically within Integration domain.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing integration-related projects is highly preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of API-led connectivity, Event Driven Arch, data integration patterns, and cloud-based integration services (e.g., Azure Integration Services) & SAP BTP IS.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and other project management methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is a plus.
