Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager at Fission Labs, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services to clients by leading a large team with complete P&L ownership. You will be responsible for servicing multiple engagements with varied offerings, actively supporting sales teams in new logo acquisition, and solutions teams in designing innovative solutions to business needs. Networking with senior stakeholders in the region to position the company as a partner of choice will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will lead the overall strategy for Engineering teams in India and oversee future growth while also leading pricing strategies, contract renewals, and driving P&L in long-term deals. Monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle, adjusting plans as necessary, and showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities will be essential in this role. Qualifications required for the position of Delivery Manager at Fission Labs include: - Minimum 18 - 20 years of experience in IT Product Services & from Computer Engineering / Computer Science background - Experience in handling large projects in cloud applications across different verticals / industries - Experience in growing & driving offshore teams with a Headcount of over 200 employees - Proven track record in high volume ramp-ups of teams and client management - Proficiency in Delivery Management for cross & next-gen skills and projects, using Agile methodologies - Preferred expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, Cloud, and Microservices - Knowledgeable in NextGen technologies such as Digital, Cloud, Analytics, Big Data, AI-ML - Experience in Pre-Sales & Solutioning for deals, RFPs/RFIs, proposals - Strong P&L & Operational Management experience - Excellent People Management, Mentoring, and leadership skills - Excellent written, spoken, and presentation skills Join Fission Labs in Bhubaneswar and be part of a leading software development company that empowers clients through sustainable digital transformation aligned seamlessly with their business goals.,
