Delivery Manager

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at least 3+ years in a Delivery Manager role.
• Proven experience in managing P&C Insurance projects and delivering technology solutions within the insurance domain.
• Experience leading Agile Scrum teams, including managing sprints, backlog, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing teams in an offshore-onshore model, with a focus on an Offshore Development Center (ODC) approach.
• Strong technical background in Java or .NET platforms, with the ability to understand technical issues and guide development teams.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and explain complex technical concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Strong people management skills, with experience in mentoring, motivating, and leading diverse teams.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Proficient in project management tools and techniques to track progress, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to navigate cross-cultural environments, working with both offshore and onshore teams.
