Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

• Own and manage end-to-end project and program delivery

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

• Define delivery plans, milestones, and resource allocation

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients on delivery matters

• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction

• Conduct regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and escalations

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional delivery teams

• Optimize utilization and performance of delivery resources

• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development

Governance, Risk & Quality

• Implement delivery governance, standards, and best practices

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and compliance requirements

Financial & Commercial Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability

• Track billing, revenue recognition, and cost control

• Support contract management and change requests

Process Improvement & Transformation

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes

• Implement agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Support organizational transformation and scaling initiatives
