Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive account-level P&L, revenue, margin, and operational metrics.
  • Lead client relationships, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support sales and delivery teams with proposals and domain offerings.
  • Oversee project and program delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Manage performance, career development, and team engagement.
  • Plan and manage resource utilization and staffing readiness.
  • Identify training needs and promote knowledge sharing through whitepapers and articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align delivery with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with client SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across delivery processes.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address risks and escalations.
  • Represent the organization in client governance and strategic planning forums.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance domain, especially P&C.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and delivery programs.
  • Strong understanding of business transformation and product/service design.
  • Experience in client management, sales support, and strategic planning.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, SCRUM, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred experience with US-based P&C insurance clients.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of insurance operations, regulatory frameworks, and market trends.
  • Experience in building and scaling delivery teams across geographies.
  • Proficiency in using analytics and insights to drive business decisions.
