Delivery Lead

The role demands strong project management acumen, stakeholder handling, and the ability to balance delivery excellence with business value realization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the

    end-to-end delivery

    of multiple digital or custom IT projects.
  • Own the

    project lifecycle

    from

    initiation to go-live

    , ensuring successful completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, product, data, and DevOps).
  • Manage

    risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests

    effectively with proactive mitigation plans.
  • Conduct

    effort estimation, project planning, and resource allocation

    to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives,

  • Facilitate Agile delivery through

    scrum ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of overall experience

    in IT or Digital solution delivery.
  • Minimum

    2+ years of hands-on experience

    managing

    end-to-end project delivery

    with teams of

    10+ members

    .
  • Proven experience in

    project initiation, planning, execution, and go-live

    phases.
  • Strong background in

    custom web application

    or

    data application

    delivery.
  • Solid understanding of

    project management principles

    — risk management, effort estimation, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency with

    Agile/Scrum methodologies

    and related tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Strong grasp of

    business case development, ROI, and value measurement

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed, data-driven decisions.


Good to Have:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications.
