Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to fill the role of DCDP Chinese section in our company, located in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and presentation.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance culinary offerings.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control measures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredient combinations.
Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including ovens, stoves, and refrigerators.
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the culinary arts.
