Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP - Asian to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with excellent culinary skills and knowledge of Asian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) or similar role in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean cooking techniques.
Excellent culinary skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly with colleagues.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest quality standards.
