Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and implementing machine learning models to solve critical business challenges, including tasks such as classification, regression, clustering and recommendation systems.
- Develop and manage end-to-end data science pipelines, handling data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and improve model performance continuously, staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML to optimize solutions.
- Work with a variety of data types, including structured datasets and unstructured data (text, images, voice, sensor data), to develop robust machine learning models.
- Ensure that all models are scalable, accurate, and provide actionable insights, delivering measurable business value.
Requirement:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning, with a solid track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage large, complex datasets.
- Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Familiarity with NLP techniques and deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, and LLMs, especially in tasks like classification and sentiment analysis.
- Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
