Key Responsibilities:
- Generate ad-hoc HR reports and metrics for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency by validating against source systems.
- Automate recurring reports and metric calculations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Define and monitor key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity) to support business insights and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics using Excel and visualisation tools, create reconciliation reports and audit logs to track data quality and resolution status.
- Perform end-to-end reconciliation of HR data across systems such as Workday and SAP, ensuring alignment between source and target systems.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
- Document reconciliation processes, controls, and SOPs; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s in Human Resources or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, data reconciliation, data quality, or HCM data management.
- Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data reconciliation.
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
- Good to have: Experience with Workday and SAP.

- Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and HR data structures.
- Understanding of HR analytics concepts (headcount, attrition, compensation trends).

- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
