Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Generate ad-hoc HR reports and metrics for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency by validating against source systems.
Automate recurring reports and metric calculations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Define and monitor key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity) to support business insights and decision-making.
Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics using Excel and visualisation tools, create reconciliation reports and audit logs to track data quality and resolution status.
Perform end-to-end reconciliation of HR data across systems such as Workday and SAP, ensuring alignment between source and target systems.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Document reconciliation processes, controls, and SOPs; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications

Master’s in Human Resources or a related field.
3+ years of experience in HR reporting, data reconciliation, data quality, or HCM data management.
Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data reconciliation.
Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
Good to have: Experience with Workday and SAP.

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and HR data structures.
Understanding of HR analytics concepts (headcount, attrition, compensation trends).
Experience working in global HR environments with multiple data sources.
Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
