Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate ad-hoc HR reports and metrics for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency by validating against source systems.
  • Automate recurring reports and metric calculations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Define and monitor key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity) to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics using Excel and visualisation tools, create reconciliation reports and audit logs to track data quality and resolution status.
  • Perform end-to-end reconciliation of HR data across systems such as Workday and SAP, ensuring alignment between source and target systems.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
  • Document reconciliation processes, controls, and SOPs; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, data reconciliation, data quality, or HCM data management.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus.
  • Good to have: Experience with Workday and SAP.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and HR data structures.
  • Understanding of HR analytics concepts (headcount, attrition, compensation trends).
  • Experience working in global HR environments with multiple data sources.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
