Job Description

As an HR Reporting Specialist at Sandoz, your role involves generating ad-hoc HR reports and metrics for stakeholders. You will ensure accuracy and consistency by validating against source systems. Your responsibilities also include automating recurring reports and metric calculations to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Defining and monitoring key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and diversity to support business insights and decision-making will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you will develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics using Excel and visualization tools. You will create reconciliation reports and audit logs to track data quality and resolution status. End-to-end reconciliation of HR data across systems like Workday and SAP is essential to ensure alignment between source and target systems. Identifying, investigating, and resolving data discrepancies while maintaining high standards of data integrity is another key responsibility. Documenting reconciliation processes, controls, and SOPs and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency will also be part of your duties. Ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards is crucial for this role. Qualifications: - Masters in Human Resources or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in HR reporting, data reconciliation, data quality, or HCM data management. - Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data reconciliation. - Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is a plus. - Good to have: Experience with Workday and SAP. Preferred Skills: - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and HR data structures. - Understanding of HR analytics concepts such as headcount, attrition, and compensation trends. - Experience working in global HR environments with multiple data sources. - Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
