About us

We place teaching and school support staff with K–12 schools across the United States. We’re looking for a meticulous Data Entry Officers to ensure our candidate and client records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.

What you’ll do

• Accurately enter candidate and client data into our ATS/CRM and internal databases.
• Validate and update candidate profiles, qualifications, certifications, and right-to-work documentation.
• Maintain and reconcile spreadsheets for payroll, billing, and placement tracking.
• Assist with sorting, labelling and uploading CVs, references, and compliance documents.
• Run data quality checks and report inconsistencies to the recruitment team.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and simple data analysis for recruitment metrics (placements, pipelines, invoices).
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to ensure data completeness prior to client submission.

Skills & requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in US school / education staffing or education recruitment (mandatory).
• Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail; familiarity with data validation best practices.
• Proficient with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas) and comfortable using ATS/CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable internet & ability to work US shift hours.
• Location preference: candidates from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh will be prioritised.
• Good communication skills in English (reading/writing) to liaise with recruiters and check documents.
