Resourcing & Compliance Consultant

As a Resourcing & Compliance Consultant at the Bangalore Office, you will play a crucial role in connecting talent with opportunities worldwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing candidates from various regions such as the UK, Europe, US, Singapore, Australasia, and South Asian countries. - Placing talent across Dubai, the GCC, and the wider MENA region. - Ensuring that candidates meet all compliance requirements, with a focus on both medical and non-medical professionals. - Working closely with internal teams to meet project and client deadlines. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Experience in resourcing medical and/or non-medical professionals on an international scale. - Strong understanding of compliance requirements. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Prior experience in medical recruitment or executive search is a strong advantage. - A driven, enthusiastic, and self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
