Data Entry Associates

As a Data Entry Officer at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of candidate and client records. You will be responsible for: - Accurately entering candidate and client data into our ATS/CRM and internal databases. - Validating and updating candidate profiles, qualifications, certifications, and right-to-work documentation. - Assisting with sorting, labeling, and uploading CVs, references, and compliance documents. - Running data quality checks and reporting inconsistencies to the recruitment team. - Supporting ad-hoc reporting and simple data analysis for recruitment metrics (placements, pipelines, invoices). - Coordinating with Talent Acquisition and Operations teams to ensure data completeness prior to client submission. To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in US school/education staffing or education recruitment is mandatory. - Strong typing accuracy and attention to detail, with familiarity in data validation best practices. - Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas) and comfortable using ATS/CRM systems. - Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Reliable internet connection and ability to work US shift hours. - Location preference: candidates from Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh will be prioritized. - Good communication skills in English (reading/writing) to liaise with recruiters and check documents.
