Senior Architect

This role will be instrumental in expanding our technical footprint, strengthening client trust, and enhancing delivery maturity. You will work with cross-functional teams and global clients to translate business needs into scalable, high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Leadership

• Act as the technical face of Grazitti for high-value clients
• Lead stakeholder discussions and manage expectations throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering strategic value

• Requirement Gathering & Discovery

• Conduct detailed discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solution architectures
• Identify opportunities for value addition, innovation, and technology optimization

• Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect scalable, secure, and performance-oriented solutions across evolving digital ecosystems
• Define standards for architecture, design patterns, and integration frameworks
• Maintain a balance between tailored innovation and delivery efficiency

• Project Oversight & Delivery Excellence

• Drive end-to-end ownership of project delivery in collaboration with project managers and development teams
• Ensure alignment with best practices, timelines, and client goals
• Conduct architectural reviews, code audits, and ensure high-quality outcomes

• Internal Capability Building & Revenue Growth

• Help standardize delivery processes and elevate technical oversight
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Support strategic pricing models, such as blended billing, to unlock new revenue streams

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, technical consulting, or enterprise solution delivery
• Proven track record of leading client-facing engagements and multi-disciplinary teams
• Expertise in designing complex, cloud-based, and integration-heavy solutions
• Proficient in modern technologies such as microservices, APIs, DevOps, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and security best practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively across time zones and multicultural teams

Nice-to-Have

• Prior experience in digital transformation projects or domain-specific consulting
• Certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, etc.)
• Experience with Agile, SAFe, or other delivery frameworks
