Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Reporting & Follow-ups

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
  • Track, monitor, and follow up on key data points to ensure accuracy and timely updates.
  • Maintain dashboards and ensure all stakeholders receive accurate, updated, and relevant reports.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze data from various departments including Academics, Transport, Accounts, Purchase, HR, and Admin.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide data-driven insights.
  • Conduct variance analysis, performance analysis, and prepare summary reports for management review.

3. ERP Management & Support

  • Manage and monitor ERP tools used across the institution, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Resolve user queries and troubleshoot technical issues related to ERP modules.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors/IT team for updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Train staff in efficient usage of ERP modules and maintain workflows.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with functional teams for data collection, validation, and consolidation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data flow between departments.
  • Support teams in understanding reports and using data for decision-making.

5. Issue Resolution & Process Improvement

  • Identify data-related process gaps and recommend improvements for better data management.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and maintain data integrity across systems.
  • Assist during internal and external audits by providing accurate and validated data.

6. Meetings & Communication

  • Participate in internal meetings with management and department heads.
  • Present data findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain documentation of follow-ups and ensure closure of assigned tasks.

7. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain documentation for all reports, SOPs, ERP workflows, and data processes.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to organizational policies.
  • Organize and archive historical data for future reference.

8. Reporting Tools Expertise

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau for dashboard creation and reporting.
  • Ability to build interactive dashboards and visualizations for business insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in a data analyst or MIS reporting role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
